Every Coping Club piece is made to order. This helps us reduce waste, stay intentional, and make sure each garment is created just for you. Because of this, production and shipping times may vary. Thank you for your patience while we make your item.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Most pieces are created and shipped within a reasonable window, but timing can shift depending on demand, location, and carrier speed.

Shipping Methods
We partner with trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and local postal services. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow it from us to you.

International Shipping
Yes, we ship internationally! Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, is delayed beyond a reasonable timeframe, or goes missing in transit, please reach out to us at copingclubapparel@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected arrival window. We’ll sort it out together.
