Because Sometimes We All Feel Too Much
Mental health looks different for everyone. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious or just not yourself this page is here for you. Everyone's different, but here are a few small things that sometimes help when it all feels like too much.
Take a walk with no destination.
Leave your phone at home. Let your brain breathe somewhere your feet can lead.
Set a 10-minute timer.
Do one small thing you've been avoiding. Not to finish it — just to start it.
Let the bed win for a bit.
If you need rest, take it. There's no prize for pushing through pain.
Name one thing that's true.
"I'm tired." "I'm here.'' ''I need help." One honest sentence can crack the weight
