Our Mission

The Coping Club exists for the moments that feel a little too heavy, too much, or too hard to explain. We’re here for the honesty, the vulnerability, and all the emotions that don’t fit neatly into a highlight reel. We believe mental health isn’t a trend, it’s a reality that touches everyone in quiet, personal ways. Through thoughtful design and honest messaging, we aim to normalize the hard days and remind people they’re not alone in feeling too much, too often. Our clothes say what people can’t always put into words: that it’s okay not to be okay.

But beyond spreading a message, we’re committed to action. This isn’t just about giving back; it’s about building forward, fostering community and increasing visibility around mental health in meaningful ways. With that, we are proud to be in support of CAMH (The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health), standing with others to create a future where mental health is prioritized, understood, and supported.

Our Story (So Far)

When everything feels upside down, sometimes the bravest thing we can do is put one foot in front of the other. That’s how The Coping Club started, not with all the answers, but with a small step.

What began as a way to turn messy feelings into something you could wear has grown into a community built on honesty and care. Because the cracks, the flaws, the fractures are what make the story worth telling. Our story is still being written. And if you’re reading this, you’re already part of it. Thanks for being here.

Coping Club x CAMH

Mental health isn’t just a conversation, it’s a cause that deserves ongoing support. That’s why we’ve teamed up with CAMH Foundation, a global leader in making mental health care more accessible and reducing stigma across communities. A percentage of every purchase from our Rainy Days collection goes directly to CAMH. Because real change is something we build together.
